  • How far in advance should I book?

    The early bird gets the worm! The sooner the better, to make sure we will be available for your event.

  • How will I receive the videos?

    Practically any way you want it, social media, email, text, AirDrop and/or online gallery.

  • Do you provide props?

    We do! Check our packages to see what option speaks to you.

  • Do you offer customization?

    It's your party and we customize if you want to! Be it filters, interface, and hashtag signs, we got you covered. We also offer a variety of customized hand props and balloon backdrops, created uniquely for your event.

  • How much power does the booth need?

    None. We are a wireless a booth! There will be no cords or extensions for your guests to maneuver. 

  • How much space is required to set up the video booth equipment?

    Small is the new big and we'll just need a 12’ x 12’ empty space.

  • What is your deposit policy?

    Once you sign the agreement a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to save the date.

  • When is the final payment due?

    The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  • How many videos will I get?

    That purely depends on how much fun your guests are having! All packages come with unlimited videos!

  • What is a sharing station?

    It's a separate station for the guest to share their pics. It helps to keep the line moving so everyone can have their spotlight moment.

  • What are my backdrop choices?

    We offer several backdrop options in our Exclusive package! Don’t see what you’re looking for? Ask us about our green screen so you can add digital backdrops (as seen on TV!)

  • Am I able to view all videos taken at the event?

    Yup! From fashionable to funniest, we will include the entire gallery of videos and photos.
